PANEER TIKKA

Ingredients :
- 1/2 cups Panner (Cottage Cheese), cut into 1-inch square, 1/2 inch thick slices
- 2 Green Capsicums, cut into 1-inch squares
- 1 Red Capsicum, cut into squares
- 1 medium Onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 cup Hung Curd (or Greek Yogurt)
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1/2 teaspoon Kasuri Methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
- 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon + 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala
- 1/2 tablespoons Oil
- Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Medium Onion,thinly sliced (for garnishing)

DAL TADKA

Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup Toor Dal (arhar dal)
- 1/4 cup Chana Dal (Bengal gram)
- 1/4 cup Masoor Dal (red lentils)
- 1 medium Onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon crushed Ginger-Garlic
- 1 Green Chilli, finely chopped
- 1 Tomato, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 2/1 cups +1 cup Water
- 2 teaspoons Ghee or Oil
- tablespoons chopped Coriander Leaves, for granishing
- Salt
